Tried it with multiple countries– no luck. My hoi4 error log is attached.

I am running MacOS Mojave and I am not missing any DLCs.

+1. Same issue with MacOS High Sierra, with no missing DLCs error.log

I have the same issue with MacOS Mojave and all the dlc besides Man The Guns.
