If the Brigade player takes the decision to raid the Ural League repeatedly, the AI will rush to defend its borders and have its divisions whittled down to nothing. This leads to the Ural League having 0 divisions by 1962-3. A normal player would keep their forces away from the border to prevent their destruction, but the AI does not know to do this.
