game crashes on startup #64

i have the latest version of hoi4, no other mods installed, and the cache cleared, but the game crashes once i select a country and click "start." Anyone know why? I'm playing on a Mac. It crashes at about 90% loading.

Exact same problem I am on Mac aswell
