Discord bot clean up #22

Bot now sends private messages. Messages can now be in lowercase. Started to create files for orders and account creation.

Nice clean up, I like the change for the check for the user account and the new order being moved to the bot/orderHandler and the incoming message to uppercase to handle case sensitivity from the user.

Yes, looks good. Now that its a DM we can include a little more sensitive information for verifications and deletion
