Implement v0.1 of the Plexian Distribution Protocol in Java.

This should provide the following classes:

[ ] APIConnectionManager
[ ] Nozzle
[ ] ProductKey
[ ] Application

These will supply the following methods:

[ ] validateProductKey
[ ] addProductKey
[ ] removeProductKey as well as various classes for ease-of-use for users.
