Support phone numbers starting with + #24

Hi I use phone numbers starting with a +. This sign is canceled when staring a call. So i can‘t get a conection. Best Oscar

Hey, Sorry about that! I just submitted 1.0.2 to fix this problem. Let me know if it still doesn't work!
