Allow call and text actions on the same widget instead of separating them into two widgets. #4

Will come with 1.1, might as well associate actions with individual contacts instead of widgets while I'm rebuilding the data models (while implementing #1).

How do you get a text widget? Only seeing a call one so far. Thanks.

Edit the widget and select "text" in the action section (you might have to scroll down).
