Missing hanging rod for wall lanterns

Describe the bug When placing a lantern or soul lantern on the wall it places with out having the hanging rod.

Reproduction Steps

1. Place lantern on wall
2. No hanging rod

Expected behavior Lantern on wall should have the hanging rod.

Mod Information:

• Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
• Loader Version: Fabric 0.14.24
• Mod Version: 1.6.1+1.20.1
