Huge code commit for chapter 3 completion!

Spoilers: K&R style is the only true style; also, bug fix for REPL was megaLOL, but hopefully shows that geniuses prefer live coding to REPLs 99 times out of a 100.

Chapter 4 = finally done!

Code clean up remains along with "the lost chapter"

Now I can rest knowing the Lost Chapter (macros) is finally done!

There's still so many things to dream about from Ch 5.7...
