Full span mode for multiple-monitor systems #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use eclipse on a multiple-monitor systems
2. "Full-screen mode" diminishes eclipse to the main-monitor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would hope to see an undecorated eclipse using the size and positions it had 
before.
