lost size state before maximized #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. maximize eclipse workbench
2. go into fullscreen mode
3. go back
4. restore from maximized state
 ==> the orginal size before maximized is lost!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
4. step should resize the workbench as no fullscreen
