Color chooser dialog box doesn't display #35

Color dialog box doesn't display. it 'seems that it's works sometimes ^^.

Reproductibiliy : Many times 

Steps :
 - Open an icon
 - click on Color dialog box 
 - error dialog box appear : "not availlable ..."

Related with: Issue 29 : Select a color from the current icon color palette.
Now it is only available for direct palette images.
