Improve performance with big images #61

Some ideas: clipping the canvas to available bounds. Checking where is the 
bottleneck on the code.

Hello Jabier

Could you please have some preferences for max size or dimensions of opened 
image.
If image being opened is larger than those, then should be confirmation

"The image is larger ( NNN x NNNN actually) that Icon Editor is designed for"
[OK] [Canceal]

This warning at least let users know that they are doing what is not Icons 
Editor is for. And of course would be great to see this software to grow into 
general image editor.
