Parsing Buffers and Line Number #20

If there is a syntax error when parsing a buffer, the line number reported 
appears to be uninitialized because it comes up as a negative number.

This issue is no longer true.  I'm not sure when it was fixed exactly, but it 
was probably when I made line number tracking in the lexers more automated.
