What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a «simpleDatatype»;
2. Create a «datatypeRelationship» from the «simpleDatatype» to itself. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A «simpleDatatype» is a Datatype that has no attributes. Therefore, the 
editor should forbid the creation of a «datatypeRelationship» from a 
«simpleDatatype».
