Receive 500 Internal Server Error When Clicking Design Banner Link #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install plug via these instructions: 
http://code.google.com/p/openx-banner-creator/wiki/Installation
2. Click "Design Banner" link
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Upon clicking the link I get a 500 Internal Server Error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
.01
Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
Using OpenX v2.8.7 running on Apache, PHP 5.2.13 and MySQL 5.0.91-community.
