Users.sql error when click go #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create OSFM database
2.click SQL and Paste Users.sql data 

I get this error #1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual 
that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 
'TYPE=MyISAM  AUTO_INCREMENT=3' at line 35 

I am using Localhost Wamp 2.1 version win 7 32 bit

I have this too. Is anyone reading these? (I'm using the most recent XAMPP with 
a mix of IIS)
