Unable to convert msg file into eml file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run test.bat  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
problem: eml file as size 0.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
production version of mapitool.exe is: 1.5.0.  Operating system is: Vista SP1

Please provide any additional information below.
please see attached error message from verbose output.
the test.bat file is attached
the email in msg file is attached also

Thanks, I'll have a look into this. Seems to be two issues - it shouldn't even 
look for RTF body as it contains an html body, and second, it shouldn't fail 
trying to access the (non-existent) rtf body. I made a quick hack which works 
for this file, but need to do some comparisons against other msg files I have 
to see why this one worked differently.

I have the same problem, some msg-s have converted to eml with size 0 kb and 
are empty
