msgtool -c some_email.msg > some_email.eml

There is an issue with the "To:" field when there are several addresses.
The semicolumn ";" character is used to separate recipients, where I
believe it should be a comma ","

The result is that an email program merges all recipients into one big (and
wrong) email address.

Yeah, I'm going to blame outlook for giving me the wrong idea here :).

Released new gem (1.2.17.3) with fix.
