Simal core now has a command line, for it to work the bin directory of the
Simal install directory must be placed on the environment PATH.
It would make sense to create an installer for this.
In addition, the installer should bundle Jetty and the web and rest modules
for easy testing of the system.
Upon installation the user should be able to select core, rest (including
core) or webapp (including rest and core). They should also be able to
select whether they want to include Jetty for running the rest and webapp
modules.
