Explore importing/exporting data with data.gov.uk

Tony Hirst suggests that we export data to data.gov.uk for UK funded 
projects. It is really the responsibility of the funding bodies to do this, 
but we could certainly assist and would certainly get benefit from 
importing their data.

The data is available to a greater or lesser extent from the resarch 
council websites, though not necessarily in a machine readable way:

Lowering priority. we've since changed our focus from collecting huge amounts 
of data to collecting spefific data sets of interest to us.

If someone wants to use simal on large data sets and export it in this way we'd 
love to see it happen, but it's unlikely to be implemented by the current 
project team.
