ISSUE 157 provided a data backup mechanism from the command line.

We need to implement periodic backups of the database using this on 
registry.oss-watch.ac.uk

Sander has written a python script that extracts the RDF for all projects 
individually. See 
http://code.google.com/p/simal/source/browse/trunk/uk.ac.osswatch.simal.web/src/
main/python/backupAllProjects.py

I guess this can now be run on a cron job to ensure the data is backed up in 
raw RDF format.
