Error when Compare selected for two DBs on one SQL Server #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Define source and target DBs (mine are on the same SQL Server)
2. Click Test for both (both passed)
3. Click Compare

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Diff window to populate with schema diffs.
Got Error window. See attached

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.0.0. WinXP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

Addl info: Using SQL Server 2005. Once I close the error window, a window 
for "Compare Progress" is still up/running.

Would it be possible to get me a script of your database? Or an example 
database?
Because all of my tests run off of the same server, and i never get errors like 
the
one you have mentioned.
