I've to add a copy of the license on every release.

also I've to fix the license on every icon.. for example stock_3d-texture.svg 
does
not have a gpl license but the old creative commons

I've checked every icon in the theme and fixed the wrong ones with r515 r516 
r517
r518 r519 r520 r521 r522 r523 r524
now I'll search for a copy of a GPL and include it in the svn

with r525 I've added also a copy of the GPLv2 license called "GPL"
