Reorganize SVN structure #35

What you need to do is:
Move all SVG icons from "UltimateGnome/scalable" to a "Scalable"
top level directory and to move the license "GPL" under "IconFiles" and the
"index.theme" for PNG under "IconFiles/256x256" and the "index.theme" for
scalable-only from "Scripts/Lib" to "IconFiles/scalable"

Remember to change scripts so they could work with the changed SVN structure

added "Scalable" with r545 now I'll try to move all icons to this directory.

It seems that I've moved all icons with r546 and r547
I'll move the index.theme and change the scripts now.
