'lf' and 'lt' as an unknown user #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. im the bot from an unknown screen name
2. do 'lf' or 'lt'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

user should get a message saying they're an unknown user, instead there as a 
null reference error
