More elaborate label provider (complex styled strings and compound icons)

The VCMLLabelProvider should provide labels as styled strings. With this 
mechanism, we would be able to present the descriptions of VC objects in the 
outline tree

The label provider should be more elaborate:
  * further information besides the description should be displayed in the label. E.g., for cstics the type and number of characters could also be displayed in the label, for materials the material type could be displayed, for BOM items and configuration profile entries the order / sequence number could be displayed.
  * Certain properties could be displayed as icon overlays. E.g., a locked VC object could be displayed with an icon overlay with a lock symbol. For restrictable, multi-valued, ... cstics there could be also different overlays.
