What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload a transparent gif for default watermark
2. Upload an image to gallery
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error returned while inserting watermark

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ZMG-SVNrev16_Mambo4_6-2007-10-02

Please provide any additional information below.
Please provide notation that only png format will work as watermark or
enable support for other formats.
