Yes, this is the third go, after #41 and #47. See the commit essay for Commit 276161c on the sad, sorry details; see the previous PR descriptions, as well as Issue #40, for details on what we're trying to accomplish here.

And, it turns out that further changes need to be made to Prolog::UseCases::ProposeEditContribution before we continue with RespondToSingleProposal. We'll merge this PR as is, not close Issue #40, and open a new issue/PR for the updated ProposeEditContribution.

Hey, at least we think we're taking 105 steps forward for every 100 we're taking backward. 😜
