Working towards an 0.14.1 release that will be a thoroughly updated/current version of the 0.14.0 that is no longer buildable, as described in Issue #77. Replaces PR #78, which was apparently branched from an 0.15.0 release rather than the intended 0.14.0. Hilarity ensued, of course.
