Document all supported matchers.

After adding many lines to the draft README, we're considering breaking parts of the expanding document out into separate Markdown files or possibly Wiki pages. The matcher/expectation API should probably be a file that is physically part of the repo and directly available anywhere the code is; supporting information such as development process overview and recommendations should be adequately relegated to the Wiki.
