Discord does not detect game activity #28

I have tried reinstalling both the component and Discord, but Discord doesn't detect any game activity from Foobar (no problem with any other games). How do I fix this?

If you're running Discord as an admin, try doing that for fb2k as well.

Hello, I just tried and it didn't work either. :(

works fine then stops showing up in Discord. Not sure how I fixed it last time because I just uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and still not showing up in Discord at all anymore.

I tried using this plugin recently with version of foobar2000 v1.6.4 and it didn't work with my standard install or a portable one. Not sure if it matters, but I'm using Windows 10 Pro 20H2.

Funnily enough I installed 20H2 and it started working again for whatever reason

I'm using foo_discord_rich v.1.2.0 foobar v1.6.4 Discord Stable 80041 (7ea92cf) Windows 10 64-Bit (10.0.19042)

Is there something I could do to make the component work?

Discord version Stable 80728 (81b6702) + foobar 1.6.5 beta 3 + Discord Rich Presence v1.2.0 work fine together.

I use the "Discord Rich Presence" advanced option "Discord application token" too without any problem.

Windows 10 x64 PRO 20H2 build 19042.870.

@Gpx45 did you add fb2k as a game to Discord? (you should not) If so, you should remove it, since it will prevent component from working.

I have the same problem. Tried installing fb2k as portable version, but the problem still persists. :(

What's this issue even for? I mean, I know I'm a year late or something, but it just seems like a circlejerk of people doing something wrong without knowing that they are. If anyone has any specific issues, please comment them, and I'll try to solve them, because making this component work with discord is not hard, takes maybe 5 minutes, as long as you aren't doing anything radically stupid.
