Change usage for git commit with diff from staged file and usage of shell option

shell gpt can be used to write commit messages as demonstrated in the usage section of README.md This PR improve this usage by

• limiting the changes piped to shell gpt on staged files
• change the prompt to generate a git -m command and limit to 72 characters
• the --shell flag is also added so the command can be executed
