Nonperishable Overhaul Preemptives #2

In current version Nonperishable_Overhaul throws several errors on generating a character

1: Comestible "wax" is missing comestible type. Reason: Wax is now a generic. 2: Irradiated apples, Irradiated bananas, irradiated oranges, irradiated lemons, and more (mostly the irradiated fruits and veggies) contain circular dependencies. These problematic entries all are also throwing other errors ("Invalid or misplaced field name" for every single field). I cannot figure out the reason for this error, but it appears ignorable.

My guess on the reason for the irradiated fruits and veggies is that they don't exist and have been migrated to a flag/variation of their originals. That's what appears to have happened.

Fix for the Wax is to just remove it, I can make a PR if you want.

Please do, I can incorporate it when I get back to playing. I saw that there were major changes in the update structure and I haven't looked into it to decide what version I will play and update mods for.
