Even though Mee6 has it's own slow mode command, I think adding a slowmode command to ToonTracker would bring us one step closer to phasing out Mee6.
Similar to Mee6, the command would be ~slowmode [time in seconds], with "time in seconds" being the amount of time a user has to wait before posting another message. To turn off slow mode, you could either use ~slowoff, ~slowmode off or ~slowmode 0.
