[Suggestion] Make torches set flammable blocks on fire

Flammable blocks directly above or directly adjacent to the space directly above the torch can catch fire. I would love to see that tweak.

Sorry, this is outside of the scope of RandomTweaks. I would need to override the torch block or use a coremod.
