Autoupdate misbehaving #208

The latest version of teamviewer-np is still 15.11.6 while the official release has bumped to 15.12.4.

I can use .\bin\checkver.ps1 teamviewer-np -u to update to latest version, but the excavator seems can't.

The version on the website is probably cached; for me, I still see 15.11.6, but the downloaded setup file is for version 15.12.4. I'll just manually update the version. :smile:

Sadly, the Excavator just committed a downgraded manifest (version 15.11.6) again. Please reopen this issue. I highly suspect that there are some obscure bugs which cause this and the issue I filed formerly.
