pgadmin4-np: Updated to version 5.2 #239

There doesn't seem to be an x86 version of pgAdmin for Windows anymore; see: https://www.postgresql.org/ftp/pgadmin/pgadmin4/v5.2/windows/

Did you plan to merge this soon @TheRandomLabs ? pgAdmin always show a (pretty annoying) popup on startup tu suggest updating to latest version :)

Also, pgAdmin 5.3 is out: https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/pgadmin/pgadmin4/v5.3/windows/pgadmin4-5.3-x64.exe.
