everything-np 1.4.1.1009 -> 1.4.1.1015 update fails #304

When trying to update from everything-np 1.4.1.1009 to 1.4.1.1015 I get the exact same problem reported here:

I suspect that it is the same problem, maybe it could be fixed by hand. But I think that the installer does not correctly work with the soop update.
