Unable to import with sample spreadsheet data #8

Import is not importing contacts inside.

Even though the sample data from the user guide was copied into a file test_import.csv which was placed in import/test_import.csv

Thanks for the bug! However, we notice that what you have done is renamed a .xlsx file as a .csv file, which does not align with the instructions in the UG under the section "Preparing a .csv file". Because this behaviour is not what we expect from our users, and also that is not a fixable problem on our end, since that is not how file headers work, we will be rejecting the issue.

Additionally, following the steps prescribed in the section "Preparing a .csv file" does result in the sample data being imported correctly.
