The Prehistoric Dimension is a mod being actively developed on by TheRayKid101, a full-time Software Engineer and University student, which adds new biomes, dinosaurs, structures, and more! Time Traveling voluntarily to this dimension brings new experiences and gameplay to Minecraft allowing the player to gather different types of building blocks, weapons, food, animals, and even more advancements!
The Time Machine structure disappears once an entity has gone through the portal. If this is intentional, might I suggest either: A cheaper recipe so it's more accessible, considering the player may end up dying a lot and diamonds aren't that common. Or, perhaps have an in-game method for the dimension that allows players to set their respawn point within that dimension, like the anchor block for the nether.
Also after some playing around with placing and using the time machines, it generates the time machine at the exact coordinates as the overworld's portal. Generally speaking this could lead the player to be placed way underground or in the air which isn't recommended.
