Feature: Light glare/washout taking into account directionality of light source #9

So that washout takes into account whether an enemy headlamp / searchlight is pointed directly at you or not

Cane we use the normals from the surface of the light source somehow to determine its pointed at camera?

Some kind of lens flare effect would be best, even if its just sprite driven
