Fischer Random continues to be a pain. There are issues with the way i deal
with castling and xoring of bitboards. Need to fix those.

Opened back up there are still issues with rollbacks where rooks disappear.

I think I finally fixed this but I am not sure. I will close it and open it 
back up
if more are found.
