How to stop Raptor from saving time spent per move in saved gaes? #608

I hope to have this optional or removed as it obscures the game notation to a 
great extent.

It follows the ficsgames.com format. Luden's put a lot of research into that 
format. It allows features in pgn viewers such as chessbase that show elapsed 
time on moves.

You can import PGN into Scid and then save purified pgn with only moves.
