Alt+S hotkey disables console typing input #615

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In the preferences, I've saved a Fics seek command with the arguments I like.
2. I've bound the hotkey combo [Left Alt] + [S] to this.
3. Use it in the console after logging onto Fics.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After using it (and it works), I cannot type anything else on the fics prompt,
despite the cursor blinking there. I can still use other hotkeys. I was able to
type stuff before using the hotkey.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
what environment?
Raptor .98u1, installed from the .deb package on Debian 6 amd64.

Edit: The issue seems to be more complex. I can't achieve this bug every time.
If I find out anything new, I'll post an additional message here.
