Changing language hides login profiles #617

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change the language. Restart if you like
2. Click Fics -> Connect (or the localized version of that)
3. Notice that the dialog is (probably) blank

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The profile options you entered with the language set to X (e.g. English) 
should also appear when the language is set to Y (e.g. Italian)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
what environment?
r2332, Windows 7 x64
