Error: Help>License leads to error: resource not found #619

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of the license, I got the error message stating "Not Found"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
what environment?
Raptor .98u1, MacBook Pro, OSX 10.7.1 (Lion)

Please provide any additional information below.
After the initial error, trying to reproduce it results in nothing at all, 
license does not display, but neither does the error.

Keep up the great work. Love it, Hope a donation helps the cause.  Will spread 
the word about the program.

The bsd-new-license.html wasn't included in the distribution by accident. 
bsd-new-license.txt is still present though.
