Refreshing a game that one is not observing confuses Raptor #626

This is a very obscure bug.

If one uses the refresh command on a game they are not observing, playing, or 
examining, a board comes up showing only the current position. If the user then 
realizes his/her mistake and tries observing the game instead, it will not show 
in Raptor until they use the "unobserve" command and repeat the "observe" 
command.

I'm not really sure if this needs to be fixed. I just decided to let people 
know the bug exists.
