Help -> License doesn't work on a Mac since the necessary license file isn't 
copied over in build.xml.
This problem can be easily fixed by adding a few more lines to the buildfile. 
However, I'd like to note that in general, the Mac upload targets in the 
buildfile seem rather long and circumlocutory. I understand this is a result of 
its gradual evolution, but must the Mac targets be lengthier than the others?

Well, I changed it up now. Hopefully I didn't do anything too wrong.
