engine properties are not saved #661

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Change properties for an UCI engine
2.Restart raptor.
3.restart the engine.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Properties are reset to default.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
what environment?
Raptor .98u1 and .98 u2 on windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

I cannot remember exactly, but it seems that this has been fixed in the latest 
version.

i got exactly the same issue
Raptor .98u3f7 on OSX 10.6.8

Fixed in latest version in source repository. Please check the wiki on how to 
extract a read-only version and run it.
